Key features include triple and flexible transport capacity, hydraulic belt conveyors for block transportation, a user-friendly design without sensors or electronics, lightweight construction, and wireless remote control with manual intervention for backup. With easily accessible exterior hydraulic components, our Press Lorry combines efficiency with environmental responsibility.
In its first transformative phase, the lorry’s intermediate floor ascends, aligning with the roof. This mechanism allows for the accommodation of 4 1.2 meter foam blocks, which are then compressed by a robust hydraulic system to an impressive 80%. As the floor and components revert to their original positions, you witness efficiency in motion.
The second phase introduces an autonomous roof elevation, creating space for 3 additional foam blocks. Following a similar hydraulic compression, the roof returns to its standard driving posture, achieving another efficient block compression.
