Set on hydraulic legs for easy elevation from trailers, this container is ready for action without external aids. Assembly is effortless, with one person managing in under half an hour as solar panels rise and adjust automatically to collect the sun’s energy.
Constructed to be strong, it withstands high winds, automatically protecting its solar array. With 170 m² of panels generating up to 37.44 kW peak power and smart tracking for 45% more energy than static systems, efficiency is unmatched.
Energy is stored in a battery pack (up to 200 kWh), ensuring a consistent power supply. Output configurations are available in either single-phase or three-phase, with an output of 55 kW that is also expandable.
When it gets dark, the integrated battery and generator seamlessly continue to provide power.
The mobile solar installations on trailers, trucks, and containers are built according to the health and safety standards outlined in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
This approval guarantees the stability of the structure and the resistance against required wind forces. The approval also includes all drawings and calculations. To get this approval there is an inspection by a German TÜV engineer for all welds and constructions. The approval documents are delivered by the TÜV.
In Germany this is called “Baubuch”. This approval book is necessary in Germany when the vehicle is parked or operated on a public place. The Baubuch is delivered by the German” Bauordnungsambt”. The book contains all drawings , calculations, approvals stamped by the TÜV. This book is part of the vehicle and will be inspected in certain countries before the screen can be operated at an event. The book has a validity of 3 years. After that period, the approval must be renewed, including a new inspection by the German TÜV.
