Our trailers are constructed with a focus on durability and ease of use, featuring a hot-dipped galvanized chassis, extendable outriggers for stability, and a telescopic mast that allows for a seamless screen surface made up of 1 to 4 parts. A protective canvas cover ensures the screen remains protected during transit.
The custom-designed chassis is engineered to be both lightweight and sturdy, withstanding winds of up to 7 Beaufort. With a mast tailored to the screen’s specific height requirements and equipped with a smooth elevation system and 360° rotation capability, our trailers are built for both performance and convenience.
The screen structure is precisely tailored to fit your screen tiles, simplifying both installation and maintenance, with easy access to data cards. Our Open LED Screen Trailers can support screens up to 33 m², depending on the weight of the tiles.
This approval, validated by a Certificate of Conformity (COC), is required for road permission.
The mobile screen installations on trailers, trucks, and containers are built according to the health and safety standards outlined in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
This approval guarantees the stability of the structure and the resistance against required wind forces. The approval also includes all drawings and calculations. To get this approval there is an inspection by a German TÜV engineer for all welds and constructions. The approval documents are delivered by the TÜV.
In Germany this is called “Baubuch”. This approval book is necessary in Germany when the vehicle is parked or operated on a public place. The Baubuch is delivered by the German” Bauordnungsambt”. The book contains all drawings , calculations, approvals stamped by the TÜV. This book is part of the vehicle and will be inspected in certain countries before the screen can be operated at an event. The book has a validity of 3 years. After that period, the approval must be renewed, including a new inspection by the German TÜV.
Special approval for the electrical equipment, including the screen, generator, or other devices, can be obtained upon request.
